Double room in Kensal Green

- 3 bed 1 bathroom house
- Room comes with a double bed, desk, desk and dresser drawers (I’ll be taking the chair and wooden shelf with me).
- Private patio is part of the room as well (only you will have access to it).
- Plenty of storage under the bed
- House has a shared bathroom, living room, kitchen, garden and a shed.
- A short walking distance to both Kensal Green and Kensal rise stations.

House is very clean with friendly flatmates that enjoy having dinners together or just hang out for a drink but of course they respect each other’s spaces. The girl works in fashion journalism and the guy is a freelance film director.

Bills are included but it’s an extra £50 during winter only.

Flexible move in dates - around mid/end of December but latest has to be first week of January.
