- third bedroom for office or more wardrobe space

The flat includes:

- A spacious communal kitchen/living area with furniture bought by me

- A private roof terrace with outdoor seating

We’re in a fantastic spot just a 5 minute walk to Kensal Green station and a 10-15 minute walk from Kensal Rise with plenty of shops, cafes and bars.

You’ll be living with me, a single 33 yo working in experiential brand marketing and Rudy, a 4 year old goldendoodle who specialises in cuddles 🐶

💸 Rent & Bills

- £1350 per month paid directly to the landlord

- Bills approx. £100-200 per person, per month

- ⁠Deposit is one months rent
