We have a double room becoming available in our flat in Kensal Green/Rise. Our current flatmate is sadly moving on after 5 years, which speaks to what a great spot this is!
The Flat & Location:
The flat is situated in a very quiet neighborhood, but you are still in the heart of the action. We are surrounded by delis, supermarkets, nice pubs, and restaurants.
• Walking distance to Portobello Market and Queen's Park.
• Close to local gyms and stations for easy commuting.
• Note: The flat does not have a shared living room and the kitchen is compact. This setup is best suited for someone independent who is looking for a quiet place to relax after work.
About Us:
You would be sharing with two Italian professionals (males, late 20s). We both work full-time in hybrid roles. We are quiet, responsible friends who value a calm and clean home environment.
Ideal Flatmate:
We are looking for someone with a similar routine (working professional) who is clean, respectful, and appreciates a quiet home.
Furniture:
The outgoing tenant is selling their desk, chair, and black drawers for £150 if you would like to keep them.
