I’m ideally looking for someone mature, respectful, and clean, who values a minimal, clutter-free living environment. This is a great fit for someone who wants a relaxing space to come home to.

Work Situation:
Preferably someone who doesn’t work from home full-time. Occasional remote work (1–2 days a week) is absolutely fine, but not full-time WFH as the lounge is a shared space.
