1 double room and 1 en-suite in a 3 beds flat

Lovely 3-bedroom house, 2 floors, 2 bathrooms, shared living room, separate kitchen. We are a couple (Perla 33 – Daniele 37) who have been living here for 5 years, and we want someone to take good care of it, just as we did. We both work in the film industry; we are sociable and love having a chat or watching movies. We also value private time, as our work is already hectic. We think of the house as a place to recharge.

reference from previous landlord
Happy to sign a 12-month contract.
