The house is quite special and includes regular access to luxury wellness facilities, including an indoor pool and sauna.

The available room is on the ground floor, so no stairs are required.

You will have access to:

• Shared kitchen(s)
• Living / dining space
• Indoor pool and sauna
• Additional bathroom and kitchen area (subject to availability)
• Optional covered parking space

There are two room options available:

Room 1 – £2,500 pcm (ex bills)
Private bedroom with bathroom shared with one other room.

Room 2 – Ensuite room
Private bedroom with its own bathroom (pricing available on request).

Couples welcome (+£200 pcm).

This would suit someone looking for a calm, high-quality home environment rather than a typical house share.
