Single Room in Kensal Green (Zone 2)

We’ve got a single room opening up in our friendly, creative household from 1st April in NW London a 3 minute walk from Kensal Green station (Bakerloo / Lioness Line) in Zone 2.

The house is shared between five people, including the landlord who lives in a self-contained en-suite room on the top floor, so it still feels like a house-share rather than a typical landlord setup. There are 2 available bathrooms with showers, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. A kitchen area with a breakfast area and a living room / dining room.

It’s a relaxed, sociable house with a creative vibe — everyone’s doing their own thing but we get on well and chat in the kitchen rather than pretending we don’t exist.

£550/month

Includes: council tax, water, TV licence

Excludes: gas & electricity (split between the house)

Who we’re looking for:

We’d love someone in their late 20s to mid-30s, ideally working in a creative or entertainment field, who’s easygoing, respectful, and up for the occasional chat (no forced “family dinners” energy, don’t worry).
