The room comes unfurnished but I am currently selling all the furniture you see in the pictures (except mirror & TV) @ £350.00 (negotiable).
Room rent is a bargain @ £584.00 + bills which come at approx. £100.00 max. per month.
You will be sharing with only 2 flatmates, house is very quiet (not a party house) in a residential area with amazing transport links to city centre:
🚇 Kensal Green Jubilee line & overground + Kensal Rise overground
🚌 18 bus 24 hours (30 min. to Great Portland Street)
