A bright and spacious double room is available in a well-maintained house located in the sought-after Kensal Green/Kensal Rise area.

The property is ideally situated with excellent transport links, offering easy access to both the Overground and Bakerloo Line, with the West End just 15 minutes away. The neighbourhood boasts fantastic local amenities, including a variety of bars, restaurants, shops, a gym, and a large nearby park.

We are looking for one person (sorry, no couples) to take over the room. The rent includes all bills.

Ideally, we would like to share the house with a student or working professional who is clean, tidy, respectful, and considerate. We enjoy a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, so someone who is happy to socialise occasionally while also valuing their own independence would be a great fit.

The room is available immediately or from the beginning of next month.
