Sadly our housemate is moving out of London to live with his partner so we are looking for someone to come join us in our lovely home in Kensal Rise 😊 Nestled between Hampstead and Notting Hill, it’s a brilliant neighbourhood with a real community feel.

🛌 The Room
Rent is £758 per month

Bills average to £80 - £100 approx depending on time of year.

The room also comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and has plenty of storage space

🏠 The House
You’ll be living with myself and 3 other friendly working professionals all Irish and in our mid 20s to mid 30s, three females and one male. We are a very sociable house and often do things together like head to the local pub, chill out in the park or just catch up over a cuppa in the evening while also being mindful of other people’s downtime and space too!

We have a very spacious open plan kitchen and living room, a bathroom on both the ground floor and first floor and a lovely back garden which is perfect for relaxing, having a drink or enjoying a BBQ during the summer.

🚆 Transport
We are just a 5 minute walk from both Kensal Green and Kensal Rise stations with access to both the overground and Bakerloo line reaching central London in just 20 minutes.

🙌🏻 Local amenities
There are plenty of local pubs, restaurants and cafes just a stone throw away so you are never stuck for choice!

We also have a great variety of supermarkets nearby including Tesco, Sainsbury’s and M&S as well as several gyms and parks in the area.
