Double room to let in a lovely, clean 3 bed house. Yes, it's a whole house, 3 levels, and the room in question on the top floor on its own - bearing this in mind, you probably don't want to be much taller than 5'7" because the ceiling is 6'2" high. We have a nice garden, we are minutes from the tube and great local watering holes. The station (1.5 minutes away!) will get you to Oxford Circus in 25 minutes. Euston or Paddington in 12 minutes and Clapham (via Willesden Junction) in 25 minutes.
You can walk to Notting hill in 20 minutes (if you have short legs, like me) or 15 on one of the many buses.

The house... we are lucky enough to have a large eat in kitchen with a big table and all the equipment we could need! The cosy double living room has plenty of seating and space to relax and an open fire for cosy winter nights. A favourite room is the enormous bathroom (sadly there is only one but it's pretty impressive) and the garden is big enough for a BBQ in the summer...

Preferred house mate is clean, considerate - like to have a glass of wine or trip to the local occasionally, watch a movie or find a great box set, although understanding that everyone needs their space! Its not a party house or hostel, it's a home and we all have to work so we want to be able to unwind at home.

We have a cleaner, who comes every other week for all communal areas and we all pay £12 each for this.
Bills are NOT included in the rent.
