The room is large, clean and bright with a comfortable double bed and exotic fireplace. The room has plenty of storage space with a large new wardrobe, desk and shelving as well as underbed storage and a 27" flatscreen TV with freeview etc. and hi-speed (60MB) wireless There's a lovely garden with decking, trees and dining area. The rent includes all bills, council tax and a weekly cleaner. The bathroom has a power shower (no bath) and is shared but as I work from home, often lateish, I am rarely around in the mornings when people are getting ready for work. The kitchen is newly fitted with a washing machine and there's a pleasant garden for eating outside when its warm enough. Rental includes super fast wireless.
Ideally I'm looking for a cheerful, professional woman, though men are welcome too, who is here 4 - 5 nights per week. I'm 50, a writer and therapist and would ideally like to share with someone roughly my own age who has an absorbing job or social life. Younger people who are busy and cheerful are also very welcome to get in touch.
