Large room in a great Kensal Green house share

Hi!

We have a large room available in our great house just two minutes walk away from Kensal Green tube. We've got a lounge/diner and a separate kitchen (with another dining room table) that leads out into the garden with a BBQ.

I'm in my late 20s and work for a ballet company in corporate sponsorship - and have lived here for over four years and love the place! Ines is in her early 20s and is a Graphic Design Masters student - and has lived here since the summer. Sadly (for us) Will is moving in with his other half so his room is now looking for a new owner!

We'd love someone to move in who is sociable, clean and tidy.

We're due to sign a 12 month contract (with a six month break clause) on the 1st March so your name will be on the contract from the beginning. The rent and bills come to £733/month at the moment but the bills could fluctuate slightly. The deposit is £800 and there is probably small admin fee with the estate agent.
