Shops around the corner, huge Sainsbury's 10 min walk but also Tescos local 5 mins, close to really trendy bars, pubs and restaurants.
Flatmates: 2 friendly female professionals (1 Australian and 1 English)
Rent: £463 per month exc. bills (elec, gas, water, TV license, broadband, council tax comes to roughly £70 per month)
We are looking for a female professional age 25-35 more or less to stay long term. The price is extremely cheap (nothing in the area for this price that is modern so hury as it will go quickly!
