I am a looking for a considerate person to share my comfortable, light and civilized flat in a modern apartment building. You will have your own double room (for single occupancy) with a desk, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers, and share the kitchen (washing machine and dishwasher), sitting room, beautiful new bathroom (with bath and shower) and fibre broadband.

I am a primary school teacher and you find me warm, kind and friendly.

I am looking for someone that can share the space with me and call it home. Ideally you will use the flat as a relaxing, quiet and calm base and look after it whilst I'm away (which can be frequent as I have teenage sons at boarding school and so as much time as possible is spent with them in Norfolk).

The flat is less than 5 minutes walk from Kensal Green under/overground (zone 2), in a area which is fantastic for reasonably priced, good quality restaurants should you like to get a takeaway or eat out with friends.

The flat is less than 10 minutes cycle ride from ever fashionable Notting Hill and Portobello Road (secure cycle storage available in building) and can also be easily walked or bussed to.

I'm am currently in the process of doing some updates/light renovations which will probably be apparent when you visit, but will be finished by moving in date.

The rent includes all bills: service charge, council tax, tv licence and fibre broadband and hot water.

Please note the front of the flat is on the second floor and overlooks the vibrant Harrow Road. But be assured no traffic noise reaches the flat through the excellent glazing. In contrast the back of the flat (and the bedrooms) overlooks an open and peaceful part of London with much greenery, birdsong and occasional sound of a distant train to enjoy!
