Small room in clean, comfortable house

We have a small room with a single bed available for a single occupant in a house share in Kensal Green.

The room has a small wardrobe, single bed and desk for single sole occupant. The kitchen has dining table and is shared with six other house mates ( "Wash up, dry up, and put away!" is our friendly motto :)

All bills are included and a cleaner comes in each week but house mates do their bit to share peacefully and amicably with each other. NON-smokers only as no smoking in or around the perimeters of the house allowed.

Bicycles, e-scooters and e-bicycles are NOT permitted in the house.

The house is conveniently located for all transport into or around London by bus, tube and overground. Check out the area for its many bars and restaurants so you know it's good for your work travel etc.

If you want to view then just text phone or email your arrival time between 10am and 7pm.

Not suitable for car or bicycle owners.
