Ahhh, you had to do it, didn't you?

Well, since you've clicked I might as well get on with telling you about the place. I am soon-to-be former flatmate so everything here is straight from the horses' mouth.

Here goes:

This is actually a decent DOUBLE for a single person. It's located in Kensal Rise / Kensal Green / Queen's Park.

Here's what you need to know about the place:

- Fully furnished (kingsize bed, huge wardrobe with big mirror, lamp, IKEA desk and chair)
- Broadband and water bills are included in the £700
- Occasionally cats can be seen in the backyard
- Electricity comes to £10 / month
- 5 minutes to Kensal Rise station, 10 min to Kensal Green and close to bus stations as well
- Queen's Park is 10 minutes away -- great if you love nature and live things (if you're a robot this ain't for you bubba)
- Kitchen is kinda small but it has everything (washing machine, microwave, toaster, more pots and pans than you can shake a stick at)
- Chamberlayne Road is right around the corner and you can find a ton of shops, bars and restaurants (The Whippet Inn is my favourite as far as vibe/people/price-quality ratio goes)

Your flatmates will be
- One couple in their 30s. Both professionals, so you know they're responsible adults who don't leave around dirty dishes or anything like that.
- An Italian guy who is studying English. He's leaving at the beginning of July though.

Ideally you:
- Can keep a place reasonably tidy
- Are respectful
- Have a budget of £700 / pcm and you want to see this room
