Gorgeous large double rooms in Kensal

ROOM 1

Lovely, bright and airy double bedroom to let.
The room has floor boards, built in wardrobe (with laundry basket and clothing horse), king sized bed, small chest of drawers. The room is quite spacious and I have left it quite sparse in case a new lodger has some furniture. I can put a desk in if needed. Room comes with multiple bedding sets and towels. This room over looks the garden and is north facing.

ROOM 2

The room comes with multiple bedding sets and towels.
This room is south facing and on the street side of the property, we have a large enclosed front garden as well.

The house is located at the north end of Notting Hill and the bottom of Kensal Rise in the Kensal Triangle. The property is close to many bus routes, Kensal Green & Queen's Park underground stations and Kensal Rise overground station.

My 14 year old son has a room on the ground floor, I live in the loft conversion, and I rent out the 2 double bedrooms on the 1st floor. you would be sharing the bathroom on that floor the with only 1 other person at any given time. There is a large open plan eat in kitchen/lounge and a WC on the ground floor. We have a garden and a cat.

We are looking for an easy going, kind professionals or students to rent our rooms and must be ok with teens (he's super chilled) and pets.

We are all calm and kind (including the cat). We have hosted lodgers, Airbnb or international models (used to have a contract with a modelling agency) for the last 8 years and thoroughly enjoy meeting new people from across the globe.
