Gorgeous large double room in Kensal

Lovely, bright and airy double bedroom to let. We are located at the north end of Notting Hill and the bottom of Kensal Rise. The property is close to many bus routes, Kensal Green & Queen's Park underground stations and Kensal Rise overground station.
My 13 year old son and I live in the loft conversion which is essentially a self contained 2 bed flat and I rent out the 2 double bedrooms on the 1st floor. you would be sharing the bathroom the with other person at any given time. There is a large open plan kitchen, a lounge room and a WC on the ground floor. We have a beautiful garden and a black cat.
We are looking for an easy going, kind people to rent our rooms and must be ok with children and pets.

We are all calm and kind (including the cat)
