Beautiful bright very large double bedroom available for short term let in large Victorian house in kensal Rise.

You will be sharing with 4 professional ladies. We like to think of ourselves as a London family. We often enjoy brunches and dinners together, relaxing in the garden with a glass of wine, or binge watching a tv show. We are all also very busy so often you will have the whole house to yourself to relax in.

There is a bathroom with bath and shower, downstairs toilet, cosy lounge and large spacious kitchen. We also have a lovely little garden

The house is a 5 min walk from kensal Rise and 5 min walk from Kensal Green so great transport links. There’s also many buses that go down to portobello road and central London.

We are also close to a park and lots of lovely cafes and restaurants.

We are a 10 min bus journey from an Sainsbury’s superstore and there is also a Tesco express just around the corner and lots of smaller local stores.

I am sub letting the room for two months as I’m away from London with work.

The room is furnished and I will provide towels and bedding

Ideally I want to rent for the entire 2 months to one person but I would consider shorter periods also.

Please when you express your interest in the room can you tell me how long you would like to rent it for. Also a bit about yourself for me to pass on to the other housemates.

I will be holding meetings over zoom.
