🏡 About the room....
It’s a south facing bedroom getting all morning sunshine. It comes furnished with a double bed, tall drawers, a desk and shelves clothing rack. There’s a view only of gardens from the window. The rest of the flat is 10 odd years established and has everything. The flat was refurbished with all new everything less than 10 years ago.

I believe the rent on the room to be negotiable. The monthly bills are £125 p/p (covers everything including Sky Broadband Ultrafast).

🏡 About the flat...
Spacious and sunny south facing kitchen with all amenities (washing machine, dishwasher, full-size fridge/freezer) incl table/chairs and a sofa and soft close drawers. There’s a large lounge room/reception as well. Under stairs storage to tuck away something bulky like a suitcase. Indoor bike storage space also. The bathroom has both bath and shower (perfect water pressure). The WC is separate. The whole place feels spacious thanks to wide hallways.

Situated a stones throw from the park where there’s tennis courts, table tennis and pitch and putt. Kensal’s a bit about food/coffee and drinking establishments (but think small scale), also the Lexi Cinema. The Queens Park high road/Salusbury Road has the local Fitness First, Storm LND boxing and a couple of smaller fitness studios, 1 of each express supermarket, a Planet Organic and speciality wine and cheese store, more food/coffee/bar/pub/independent stores, and a super lovely Farmer’s Market every Sunday.
The large Sainsbury’s is a 15 minute walk from the house (as is Regent’s Canal).

🏡 About the housemates....
Jamie has always worked in hospitality and is currently seeking his next job. Hollie is a letting agent, working 5-6 days. Jamie’s hobbies tend to revolve around gaming whereas if you want to cycle, workout, share a post-work drink or a game of Scrabble then Hollie is your woman. Because they both work in/have worked in people facing roles the pair of them have an interest in conversation and humans in general, in the same breath there’s plenty of space in the flat to chill undisturbed.

It’s the usual story - they are kind, friendly, and considerate, also clean and tidy and are looking someone who feels that’s a fit.

Get in touch if you’d like the opportunity to view.

Melinda.
