Extremely light double room with balcony and stunning private bathroom with both bath and large shower 2 minutes walk from Kensal Green Station (Bakerloo and overground 20 minutes Oxford Circus 12 minutes Euston). The room is within a stunning high spec 4 bedroom modernised Victorian house to share with only one other person. The house includes high spec kitchen, shared living room, garden, dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine. All bills are included. The room has a beautiful view of the garden and the house and street are very quiet. Only a few minutes walk away are the excellent restaurants and bars of College Road and Chamberlayne Road. Ladbroke Grove Sainsbury's is 700 yards away and Portobello Rd is walking distance. I am looking for someone I get on with and want a flatmate who is interested in news and current affairs and maybe writing and the arts. I am a freelance reporter for BBC TV and radio and national newspapers. I speak Spanish and French and am always keen to practise my Spanish and French. I also need someone who is very responsible about locking the front door and turning on the burglar alarm. I will need to speak to anyone who wants to view the room on the phone beforehand.
