We have a bright double bedroom with large en-suite bathroom available to rent anytime (latest move-in date is November).

There is off-street parking available.

Bills are not included and come down to about £100 per month.

Great location in an amazing area with many parks and green spaces available near-by (15 min walk to Queen's Park) and great transport link as well (25 mins to Clapham Junction, 20 mins to Green Park, 20 mins to Euston, 25 mins to Highbury & Islington).

10 mins walk away from Willesden Green's high street with everything you might need (post office, large Sainsbury's, bank etc.).

10 mins walk to Kensal Rise's high street as well with many cafes and restaurants.

The window goes out to an extension on the ground floor so if you're flexible enough you can climb out the window and enjoy a makeshift patio 😏

You would share this top floor flat with two other girls, myself (Klaudia) and Carmen. We have a large living space upstairs with a dining table and a kitchen. Fabulous views of the sunset included :)

Looking for someone for a long-term let, I have been living in this house for 5 years now and Carmen for one year.

We like to keep the flat clean so we're looking for someone similar minded. We're very considerate fo each other and welcome guests but it's definitely not a party house.


We're very friendly and will be equally cool with you wanting to chill on your own or wanting to hang out (although someone looking to make friends would be preferred) :)

I've got a degree in fashion, I'm interested in arts and culture, music and love to cycle :)

We rent the flat from an agency and are all liable for rent for the whole property. The agency is very good at managing the flat, if we have any issues they get resolved within days (if anything's broken etc), which is very rare I'm sure you know!

There is some upfront cost to get your name added to the contract. These processes are non-negotiable, please make sure you're fine with everything before you message:

'Please ensure that we are kept informed of any replacement tenant as this is subject to the approval of their references by an independent referencing agency.

The cost of the reference check is £25 + v. a. t (£30). If the reference check is acceptable, a further administration charge of £100 + v. a. t (£120) is payable for all the amendments.

In accordance with new legislations, the new Tenant will be required to provide a valid passport to the Agent for a photocopy to be taken and retained for their records according to the Immigration Act 2014. If non-EU citizen, visa checks will applicable and date of renewal recorded for the Home Office.

We would advise the new moving in person to obtain a copy of the existing AST contract from the remaining tenants/moving out person to read before they decide to join the existing tenancy.

We will require the attached declaration form to be completed and signed by the new moving in person and forward to our office along with a copy of the passport and/or visa documents.'
