Lovely double in house with garden

We are a fun and friendly flatshare in Kensal Rise. You will be living with three other flatmates: Laura (French, 28), Fanny (French, 30) and Adam (English, 32). We are all working professionals and respect each others privacy. However, we do love a good laugh and an evening together with nice food and wine.

You will have the downstairs bedroom with nice wooden floor and easy access to the small downstairs bathroom. There is also a newly refurbished shared bathroom upstairs with a bathtub/ shower. We have a nice garden which is great for a bbq or sunbathing during lockdown.

The house is in a great location on a quiet street with five minutes walking distance to either Kensal Rise overground or Kensal Green underground/ overground. You can be at Piccalilli Circus in less than 20 mins. Or at Euston station in 15 mins.

We are happy to have in person viewings but would like you to wear a face mask if possible. Alternatively, we are also able to schedule a zoom call for a viewing and to get to know each other.
