2 Spacious Double Rooms in semi-detached house

Hi all, we're looking for two new housemates to join our lovely home in trendy Kensal Rise (on the southern edge of Willesden)! The rooms are large, spacious double, and are honestly much bigger than the photos imply!!  Rent is £650 a month excluding bills (around £90 per person per month). The rooms are on the first floor, one faces out onto the street and the other onto the garden. Both feature double glazed windows and come furnished.

*The House*

We have 3 bathrooms (no waiting!!), 4 bedrooms, a large lounge/dining room that leads out onto a lovely big garden (which gets plenty of sunshine on nice days!), spacious kitchen with plenty of individual cupboard space, lots of fridge and freezer space (4 fridges and 2 freezers!), a dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave. There's also a big shed in the garden for storage.

We're a friendly, respectful and easygoing bunch who like to have a chat in the kitchen/lounge from time to time and enjoy having a chilled atmosphere going on in the house, but we're definitely not in each other's pockets and tend to take it easy most nights when we stay in. Although we're not obsessed by any means, we do like to keep the place clean and tidy, especially the common areas, and we plan on getting a cleaner in at least a couple of times a month. We don't really mind if you smoke as long as it's not inside.

The area:

Kensal Rise is a lovely and safe part of London, with some awesome parks and pubs/restaurants nearby... close enough to central to make the commute easy but without having the chaotic vibe of the city. Bus 52 and 6 (both 24hours) stop right outside our front door and go into central London. The house is under 10 minutes walk from Kensal rise overground and 15 minutes walk from Willesden Green tube (Jubilee line). Sainsbury's superstore 10 minutes on the 52 bus. But there are also local shops around the corner. It's a 10-minute bus ride to Queens Park, where there is an awesome farmers' market every Sunday.
