Cosy Room - Friendly House

This house is perfect for someone social and outgoing looking for a cosy room in West London. The room comes with a double bed, mattress, and a walk-in wardrobe. The house also has a decent sized garden, a lovely living room, washing machine & dryer.

The current flatmates are 2 girls and 2 guys, all professionals between 28-34 years old, whose interests include, music, socialising, the local pub quiz and the odd glass of red wine on an evening! Ideally we'd like the new tenant to be above 28 years old and fit the friendly, sociable vibe in the house and be looking to stay for at least 6 months. We are like a little family and would love for you to join our home. However, although we do like to spend time together, we also respect each other's privacy and spaces (please note this is not a party house).

Kensal Rise is a wonderful and safe area with lots of cafes, bars and shops just around the corner. There are 2 gyms, 2 supermarkets (Tesco is 6 minutes away and the big Sainsbury's is a 10 minute walk) and beautiful Queens Park is only a 12 min walk away.
