The house does have a dated look in parts and work is ongoing on the exterior but will not affect residential use.

House is intended to be shared with a maximum of three people; it is a 6-room house (as well as the kitchen etc). This will ensure a freedom of space for those who value that.
Nevertheless, engaging and friendly people capable of sharing spaces and each others company considerately are sought.
