KIng Edward's park, Willesden Sports centre, tennis courts also with 8-15 minutes walk.

Unsuited for those intending to work from home because:

The exterior of the house is undergoing paint stripping from brick and needs repair also. The interior will also have ongoing managed changes made such as carpet removal. This will not affect the rented room and shared amenity use but might be noisy and disruptive during working hours.
(The shared living room is currently unavailable for use.)

An engaging and friendly person capable of sharing spaces considerately with us is sought.
