These are organised by the landlord and included in the rent fee of each room. This covers; council tax, water, gas, electricity & internet.
 
Current flatmate is a very friendly and welcoming person. She is hard a working professional, but when off work, also enjoys hanging out together in the cosy living room. We are looking for someone who is friendly, with a priority on cleanliness, is respectful and a good communicator. And above all, someone to create a little family and have some laughs together.

- Kensal Rise is a bustling area and you can access Central London via bus in 20 minutes!
