- We're easy-going and love meeting up at the pub, hosting dinner parties and having a games night - but also happy to give each other space!

- Looking for a working poffesional (no students please, sorry!) of a similar age to join us!

- Good-sized upstairs bedroom at the back of the property

- Furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, dressers, and another chest of drawers if you want them!

- The rest of the house is fully furnished

- Shared living room/dining area, kitchen, and two bathrooms (one up, one down)

- Kitchen is fully equipped

- Private garden (frequently visited by Percy, the neighbour's friendly cat!)

- Newly installed double-glazed windows

- Wifi, Freeview box and Chromecast

- On-street parking available

The room is available from the 1st of September, move in date before the 15th September.

£606 per month (excl. bills, approx. £120 per month)

- Three-minute walk to Kensal Green station (Bakerloo line - 15 mins to Central, or Overground - 20 mins to Euston)

- Ten-minute walk to Kensal Rise station (Overground - links to Hampstead, Richmond, Dalston, Hackney, Camden)

- Large Sainsbury's superstore a 10-minute walk away or Tesco Express at the end of the road

- Located on a quiet road but a five-minute walk to Chamberlayne Road, full of great restaurants, shops, a gym/pool & pubs (Parlour is one of our faves!)
