Double bedroom to rent in two bedroom flat within the Kensal Rise area, sharing with one other professional. The room is offered furnished and bills are separate (around £180 per person). There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, small kitchen and a separate lounge, also showcases a lovely garden as pictured. As my flatmate is leaving and taking some things with him, the living room is looking a bit bare at the moment, so happy to share the costs of a new TV, coffee table, etc.

I'm a 30 year old professional currently working in Soho three days a week for an e-commerce company. I am respectful of other people's privacy but I also really enjoy spending time with my flatmates, maybe having a drink or cooking together after work.

This a really lovely flat in a great area. Easy to get permit parking on the road. Easy to commute to most places in London (Kensal Rise and Kensal Green underground station are both very close). There are plenty of great shops nearby on the main road with a couple of really nice pubs to enjoy!
