Cute, sunny room in Kensal Rise

I am sadly leaving this flat and looking for someone to take over from September!

The house is large and cool, with a south facing garden that gets loads of light, perfect for summer barbecues! There are two big bathrooms, one with a walkin shower and the other with a bath, shared between the housemates.

My room is just over the garden with a great view, a king sized bed, and a built in wardrobe. There’s also a shared wardrobe outside the room if, like me, you have a lot of stuff! It’s very homey and I’ve loved it here!

The housemates are all people in their early twenties doing a variety of things and everyone is very friendly and always up for a drink or dinner or a quiet night in.

Rent is 770 with wifi and electric on top of that though they’ve never come to more than £40 a month (which is amazing). Landlord is super helpful and nice too, all you need are references from employer and last apartment!
