We are easy-going, clean and tidy.
We would love to have someone to share our space, who is sociable but also value their own space.

It’s a perfect for mature students from UCL, UAL, RCA, LSE, Imperial College or professionals working in the city.
Non smokers and no couples.

The property is 5 minutes from
Kensal Green Underground (zone2) and Kensal rise Overground, trains to Stratford, Richmond, Clapham Junction. Shepard Bush
20 mins to the city, 15 min to imperial college on both campus. Buses to the city.

The house is about a 3 min walk from Chamberlayne Road with lots of coffee shops, bars, community centres, parks, There’s a Sainsburys in Ladbrooke Grove which is also close. You’d also be about 10 mins away from Queens Park with even more bars, cafes and food market on Sunday.

I look after the (cocker spaniel) family dog two days a week. He’s friendly and well behaved but it’s important you’re happy having a dog around occasionally.
