A lovely flat in Kensal Rise

I'm looking for someone friendly and clean, who appreciates living in this lovely, sun-filled apartment with a small yet charming garden.

I'm in my mid-twenties and I work in an architecture firm, I enjoy playing tennis (still a beginner) in the nearby Queen's Park, travelling whenever I get a chance, organising an occasional dinner party, cooking and baking!

I'm looking for someone who enjoys a similar lifestyle (ideally, female). I have my own friends in and around London, but I would like for both of us to feel as comfortable here as possible and to be friendly together - I'm open to cooking together (the kitchen is huge), hanging out or binge-watching Gilmore Girls :) but I also respect everyone's privacy.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, a shared bathroom, a very spacious kitchen and a living room.
It’s a 2-min walk from the overground, 8-min walk from the Bakerloo line, and the charming Queens Park with tennis courts and a pitch & putt is a 10-min walk from the house.
Bills are not included and average around £200 /month per person (council tax is included in the above, around £180/month).
