The first floor has one large bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub. The two other flatmates, Meg and Mia have their rooms on this floor as well.
The holding deposit includes the agency deposit of £790 and the tenancy changeover fee of £50, coming to £840. The changeover fee covers the swapping of names (from mine) on the current tenancy contract. The current contract is a fixed term contract that started on the 22nd Feb 2024 and ends 21st Feb 2027. However, the contract contains a two-month notice break clause after one year of contract, so from 22nd Feb 2025.
Water, WIFI, gas, electric and council tax comes on top of rent and is approx. £150, depending on the time of year.
