Double room and office in house with Garden

Hi all,

We are currently looking for a new flatmate to move into our lovely 4 bedroom apartment in Kensal Rise/Kensal Green area.

The flat has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (upstairs bathroom and separate toilet downstairs), a large combined kitchen and living room and a garden, which we use for BBQs in the summer. The flat is fully furnished and stocked, most of the kitchen utensils are shared but you are welcome to bring your own.

The house is located right in between Kensal Rise (Overground) and Kensal Green (Bakerloo line and Overground) station, both of them are about a 5 minute walk from the house. It takes about 25 minutes to get to Oxford Street and Piccadilly Circus and about 20 minutes to Richmond.

We have got 2 Tescos, a Sainsbury's and several off license stores around, which you can easily reach on foot or by bus. There's also a big gym with a pool about 5-10 minutes walk away as well as a bunch of different restaurants and cafes around.

I'm looking for someone to take over my lovely room asap. The room comes with a separate office room that is shared with other housemates but most of time is available. The office and the room itself come with the bed, bedside table and wardrobe but I am happy to sell the rest of the furniture for a small amount.

It's a friendly and chill household and we frequently hang out in the evenings or on the weekends although everyone is of course welcome to do their own thing.
