Large sunny double room in big flat

Hi everyone

Sadly one of our flatmates is moving out, so we are looking for a working professional to join our very large 3-bedroom flat in Kensal Green.

The bedroom is a furnished double room on the first floor of the house, overlooking the back of the property. The room comes with a king-size bed, standing wardrobe and additional furniture (drawers, bedside tables, etc).

The flat has a large modern kitchen, huge lounge, and separate bathroom and toilet. There are a lot of transport connections nearby - Kensal Green, Queens Park, Ladbroke Grove and Kensal Rise Overground, are all within a 10 minute walk and plenty of buses leave from just down the street.

There are many shops close by including a massive Sainsbury's, as well as a number of bars, coffee shops and restaurants, and we're a short stroll to Portobello Market.

The room is £695 per calendar month and the shared bills are gas & electricity, tv licence and Sky (for TV, phone & internet) and are approximately £100pp per month. Council tax and water are paid directly by the landlord.

You will be sharing with two easy-going professionals – Anna, 31, American working in fashion/styling and Lucas, 40, Kiwi working in Insurance. We are looking for someone equally easy-going and friendly, who is happy to do their share around the house and can have a bit of laugh.

The room is available from early August, exact date to be confirmed as the landlord is trying to schedule some redecorating before move-in if possible. If you are interested, please drop us a quick message and tell us a little bit about yourself. We will be scheduling viewings 11-12 or 15-17 July.
