Our flatmate is moving out so we’re looking for someone to take over her lovely double bedroom from 1st of September in our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom flat in Kensal Rise.
It has floor-to-ceiling built-in wardrobes (so lots of storage), shelving and a decorative fireplace. The double bed belongs to our flatmate but we can definitely ask if she’s interested in selling it.
The flat has an open-plan kitchen and living room with a TV nook, breakfast bar, dishwasher and washer/dryer and a sunny patio. There are two bathrooms and you’ll be sharing the larger bathroom containing a shower bath, sink and toilet.
Location-wise, it’s a short walk from Kensal Rise overground and Kensal Green underground. You’ll also find yourself on Portobello Road in less than 20 minutes.
Michela and I have lived here for five years, and we’ve really tried to make it our home. We love cooking, going for walks and watching Netflix together, but also have quite busy social lives.
