Wanted a friendly mature housemate

Double room in friendly house-share of mature (26+) creatives! Suit someone who works from home at least a couple of days per week. Four lovely people and two cats are looking for a fifth person in leafy Kensal Rise (Zone 2, north of Ladbroke Grove) to share smoke-free house and garden, opposite park/Sports Centre. 4 stops to Euston on Overground, plus Stratford -Richmond line + Clapham Junction line, + Bakerloo. Two bathrooms, large kitchen, conservatory, dining room/TV room, 5 bedrooms., garden, bike shed. We are an international group with green orientation, we enjoy conversation and share some meals by arrangement. Resident house owner (ageing lady writer/lecturer) still has her marbles and is part of the social group. We are not a party house but we socialise, have fun, and everyone helps to keep the house clean and organised.
