Lovely penthouse with XX large room available

Hello,

My name is Heather. I have been living in this wonderful property for 5 years now and absolutely adore it. There are 2 bedrooms (1 large and 1 double), which I will occupy, with a shared kitchen and bathroom.

The room available was the living room/ dining room. It is the size of a large studio apartment without the kitchen inside. The area is huge with high ceilings and plenty of light. Also includes a smart TV (with all the channels and subscriptions you need), WIFI, dining room table and chairs, 2 leather sofas, a huge statement mirror, and built in and separate cabinets for storage. I can also add a wardrobe. (Please note the pink sofa in the pictures won’t be there). You will need a bed.

I am away quite a bit when I am not working, and I do late shifts based at Paddington. It is a space you’ll have to yourself entirely (with some bumping into one another now and again in the hallway, kitchen etc!).

Would love someone honest, friendly and clean (as long as the kitchen, bathroom and hallway kept clean, tidy and no damage to the living area, of course).

The area is fantastic! Close to Notting Hill. Plenty of lovely pubs and Bakerloo Line 10 mins walk/ 3 mins bus away, and Kensal Rise only 5 min walk, with a Tesco express 2 min walk for quick convenience.

There is a car park space for yourself and visitors.

Pets are considered if they are toilet trained!
