Nice double room in a fantastic new build

My current housemate unfortunately has to head back home early (internationally) and now I am looking for someone to fill his spot until June 2025. This would be on a month to month rolling contract (as we extended from our initial 12 month contract) and likely chance to sign onto a 1 year contract also at anytime if you wanted to!

About the flat:

Located on the 3rd floor on a great street with lots of great restaurants and cafes in close walking distance. Be spoiled living on top of a Nando’s and Tesco express with a big Sainsbury’s just a 10 min walk away.
Close public transport with multiple bus routes around. 5 min walk to Kensal rise Overground and located directly between Queens park and Kensal Green underground - about 10 min walk (Bakerloo and 2 Overgrounds)

The room has a very comfy double bed, black out curtains, wardrobe, book self and drawer all included. Comes with or without your very own Lizzie!

The flat has a great range of kitchen and other general amenities so you won’t need to bring anything!! We have a brand new washer/ dryer and a dishwasher too. You will have sole primacy to the main bathroom which also has a bath tub too.

We have access to a courtyard and also two rooftops giving almost 360 views of London. There is also a private balcony that runs along our flat (you do have to climb out a window to access it however) and we are a 5min walk to a lovey large park.

Potential for car parking/ bike storage under building (will have to liaise with landlord)

About your flat mate:

I am a 26 year old Aussie. I am pretty laid back and clean person over all. Love socialising a bit but also enjoy my own space at times too. I work as a paramedic with London Ambulance so often out of the house for many hours on a rotating roster. Enjoy heading out with friends for drinks, coffee and activities. Will sometimes have some mates over but usually opt to head out. Hoping for someone who will be keen to socialise at home a bit and maybe share cooking a meal every now and again. I will be obviously working some shift work with night shift once ever 10 days so am looking for someone who will respect that on a rest day 🙂

The flat will be available to move in from the end of September, may be able to be slightly flexible on exact dates and if you needed to start moving any belongings before the move in date.

Price: £1100pcm + bills. (This is usually relatively cheap as gas for hot water and heating is included in our rent). Band D.

Happy to do video or in person inspections.
Ideally looking for professionals 22-32yo. No couples/ students.
