I am moving out at the end of September and my roommate is staying in the flat. It a lovely, homey flat with a large living room and separate kitchen. Fully furnished and only a 5 minute walk to Kensal Rise station (Overground), 10 minute walk to Kensal Green station (Bakerloo line).
My flatmate is a 24 year old professional female. She is super out going, loves dinner parties, movie nights, going out for drinks and is just generally quite social!
Kensal Rise as an area is lovely, there's a lot going on with various pubs, restaurants and cafes to choose from! You'll also be very close to Queen's Park, West Hampstead, Hampstead Heath, and Notting Hill.
