Regular busses to South Kensington (30 mins), Victoria, Shepherds Bush. Good amenities, cafes nearby. Council tax covered by Landlady. Looking for an easy-going, clean and considerate flatmate. Rent renews on 10th October but room is free from the 21st September.
I'm a recent MA Philosophy graduate working mostly from home. Looking for a flatmate who I can get on with but equally will respect your space and not be overbearing. I like to cook and am happy to share meals. My previous flatmate and I set up a tricount to split the food bill, but no pressure to do this.
The flat is good for study, there's a small desk in the hall and the kitchen is great.
If you're in London I'll invite you over for coffee and we can get to know each other a bit before proceeding.
