1 spacious double room to rent

A bit about us:
I am an Actor/dancer and currently I live there with my friend who works as a fitness instructor. Its a 3 bedroom flat with a small kitchen big living room and bathroom.
We are looking for someone clean, friendly and respectful. My housemate is up and out most mornings by 6am/7am and out for the day.
I work in theatre at the moment so my work is from 6pm - 11pm and Im often back very late but home during the daytime.
The flat is quite an intimate space and we have made it very homely so
we are looking for someone to contribute and fit in.
We dont often have parties (unless for a birthday) but most of the time the space is quiet. We invite friends over every so often and if its late we socialise in the living room as its the furthest room away from the bedrooms.
(My partner comes to stay quiet often but hes respectful ofc and friendly)

I think our main concern is to find someone clean - washing your own dishes and cleaning shared spaces - the bathroom and kitchen we should all take turns doing these chores and hoovering ofc (basic)

We are both easy going and friendly and this house was never a “house share type” we have always lived with friends we have known for years so its very new to let someone new into our space.

(Excuse the washing in the spare room currently)
