We are away between 15 November and 5 January 2025 and are looking to sublet our flat while we are away.

Situated on the first floor of a typical late Victorian terrace, the flat iis located 100 metres from Kensal Rise Overground, 5 minutes' walk from Kensal Green (Bakerloo & Overground) and within walking distance of Queen's Park and Ladbroke Grove and Notting Hill. The amenities of Kensal rise are just 30 seconds away, including a Gail's, several great breakfast spots and specialty cafés. The street itself is quiet, as are the neighbours.

We have been very happy here. It is very well-maintained with a new boiler and good quality fixtures & fittings. The kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven, and the fridge-freezer is new. Everything is well-maintained by the owner, who is comes from the area.

The bedroom is at the back of the flat, next to the kitchen. The living room is at the front of the flat overlooking the road. Central heating throughout. It is light and airy but also warm and dry.
