Extremely spacious room in a lovely home

I’ve been living in this brilliant space in Kensal Rise for the past year and a half but am moving out at the end of January to be closer to my work in East London. I can be a little bit flexible about start date but closer to the 1st of Feb would be preferred. The deposit is also quite small at £652. The rent is £825/month (bills not included). Also the current landlord asks for both an employment / previous landlord reference.

The house is a mix of professionals working in: fitness, film, politics, finance and PR so it’s a real mix!

The room comes with a clothes rail, two sets of drawers and a double bed provided by the landlord. The sofa belongs to me but I’d be willing to leave it in the room if so desired. The room also has a mirror / sink. The house is quite large which means your bathroom is shared with only one other housemate. The kitchen has two ovens, one gas and one electric, so there is plenty of space for cooking too. There is a large garden at the back of the house which is great in the summer and also has a greenhouse at the back.

You are less than a 5 minute walk to Kensal Rise station here, giving access to the Mildmay line. A quick few stops to West Hampstead and you’re on the jubilee line. Or go to Finchley Road and then you’re on the met line. You can walk to Queens Park in 15 minutes to get to the Lioness / Bakerloo line. You’re also a quick bus ride away to Ladbroke Grove where you can get circle line etc. All of that is to say you’re very well connected here 😊
