A lovely room is becoming available in a spacious 2-bedroom flat located in the heart of Kensal Rise, very close to the station and just a short 5–7 minute walk from Queen’s Park. It’s a vibrant and friendly neighborhood with a rsense of community, great local pubs, cafes, and parks nearby.
The flat is well connected with multiple stations within walking distance - Kensal Rise (overground) 2 mins walk, Kensal Green station ( bakerloo line ) 10 mins walk and Queens Park (Bakerloo line) 15 mins walk

The Room:
• Available from 1/2nd of June (flexible for the right person)
• You’ll have your own double bedroom plus a smaller second room that I currently use as a home office – perfect for remote work.
• The flat was originally unfurnished, so I’m happy to leave behind some key pieces like the sofa and bed if needed. Three wardrobes that also came with the room, which will stay.
• Bright, clean and homely space with a good layout and plenty of natural light.

About Your Future Flatmate:
You’ll be sharing with Charbel, a personal trainer at Third Space. He’s super friendly, adventurous, and into fitness. We’ve have a great dynamic, we hang out occasionally for drinks or dinner, but also respect each other’s space and independent routines. He’s sociable but chilled, and the flat has a relaxed and respectful vibe.
