Lovely double room - modern house in Kensal Rise

We’re two friendly professionals (and long-time friends) in our late 30s looking for a like-minded flatmate to join our home. We have a furnished double bedroom available in a modern, well-kept flat.

(Smoking is welcome in the garden, not inside the house.)

👋 About Us

Flatmate 1
Works in events (Mon–Fri), early starts, often at the local gym/swimming pool. Loves cooking, music, and plays the violin. Keeps the house organised and enjoys looking after the garden. Has an en-suite, so you’d only share the main bathroom with one person.

Flatmate 2
Works in hospitality, often out during evenings. Easy-going, enjoys cooking when at home, and brings great restaurant recommendations (and perks!).

We’re looking for someone who is:

Easy-going, respectful, and tidy
A dog lover
LGBTQ+ friendly
Social but also values personal space
Up for the occasional drink or relaxed evening (not a party house, but the odd gathering is welcome!)
Ideally, you don’t work from home full-time, as we all value a good balance of shared space and privacy.
