I have a female double room in a 3-bed flat on the top floor of a Victorian house in Kensal Rise - a charming as well as trendy high street close to great areas like Queen’s Park, Notting Hill, Maida Vale, Paddington and Kensington, and in close proximity to buses, Underground and Overground lines, giving you easy access to London and beyond.

One of the rooms will be free from around mid-August onwards. It’s a spacious double room that shares a bathroom with another female on the same floor, along with a good sized kitchen and a large Victorian living room with high ceilings.

Below are a few reasons why flatmates love it (one is mid-20s and lived here 3+ years but is now moving country):

✅ Food & Groceries: Tesco Extra 1-2 min away and Sainsbury’s Superstore 5-10 min away

✅ Shopping: Westfield London is 10–20  min away by public transport

✅ Nature: Queen’s Park (10  min walk), Hampstead Heath (10 min train), Regent’s Park (15–20  min train/bus), Kew Gardens (20  min train), Hyde Park (30-40  min bus). The Grand Union Canal is which can be ideal for scenic walks, runs, or cycling

✅ Events: we’re just around the corner from the of the Notting Hill Carnival route, which can be a lot of fun if you find the good pockets of side streets/parties/food stands as opposed the main route

✅ Great Flatmates: the other female flatmate who is staying would prefer sharing her bathroom with another female hence the ad - she is in her 20s and works in accounting

✅ Amazing Landlord: I am the other “flatmate” with my own ensuite upstairs, living between here and my family home

✅ The flat also comes with a cat which I rescued from the street we live on
