Female-Only Double Room Close to Notting Hill

I have a female-only double room in a 3-bed flat on the top floor of a Victorian house in Kensal Rise—a lovely little high street that still has that village/town feel, just down the road from Ladbroke Grove/Notting Hill (20–25  min walk).

One of the rooms will be free from around mid-August onwards. It’s a spacious double room that shares a bathroom with another female on the same floor, along with a good-sized kitchen and a large Victorian living room with high ceilings.

Below are just a few reasons flatmates love living here (the outgoing flatmate is in her mid-20s, has lived here 3 years+ but is now moving country):

✅ Super Chill Landlord: I am the other “flatmate” with my own ensuite upstairs living between here and my other home, am an ex-finance bro turned tech bro loving life in this side of business and like to spend free time consuming art or volunteering
✅ Living Space: since I have my own lil space above whilst Raquel is often out and about you would likely have a lot of opportunity to enjoy the living room (which would be right next to your own bedroom). This is definitely intended to be a social house though and the living room is essentially a common room for all
✅ Transparency: I’m also a qualified accountant so like to be 100% clear about all expenses and costs
✅ Bonuses: an extremely sociable, playful, and affectionate ginger cat rescued by the local neighbourhood and currently staying in the flat (but also has others who can take him in if ever any issues); free car lifts and the occasional trip to Soho House if that’s your kinda vibe
