Spacious double room in three-bedroom house

Hi! I'm Pablo, I'm sadly moving away from my flat, so I'm searching someone to take over my room :)

The room has a double bed and plenty of storage space, with a built in closet and shelves. It has lots of natural light, even when it's cloudy, but it's fresh during the summer. It has a nice garden view, pretty rare for London! It comes all furnished, everything seen in the pictures except decor, books and the duvet will stay in it.

🏡The house: the room is in a three-bedroom, two story Victorian terraced house. It has a large, sunny living room, an all-furnished bathroom and a kitchen with oven, washing machine and dryer. There's also an attic if you need some extra space! You'll share the house with another two students, which are searching for replacements as well (so if you have two other friends searching for a flat, this might be a nice option). Since the house is shared with students, you won't need to pay council tax.

🏙️ Amenities: The flat is in a leafy suburb, two minutes away from Chamberlayne Rd, the area's high street. There are multiple bars and restaurants nearby, as well as supermarkets (Tesco Local less than 10 min. walk, big Sainsbury's 20 min.). There are gyms and sport centres in the area, and a cinema just around the corner. It's on walking distance to Queen's park, and close to Hampstead Heath on the Overground. The area is nice, safe and peaceful, and the flat is very calm, without any of the usual London hussle and bussle.

🚉 Transport: The nearest transport link is Kensal Rise Overground (Mildmay Line), but Kensal Green (Lioness Overground and Bakerloo line) and Willesden Green (Jubilee line) are within walking distance. The area has plenty of buses as well, you'll get to central London in less than you think! It's ideal for someone studying in Bloomsbury, since the ride to Euston is only 20mins from Kensal Green.
