Large En-Suite Room w/ Juliet Balcony

You’ll be sharing tenancy with 5 other young professionals. All super friendly, aged between 25-33 and enjoy socialising together as well as doing our own things.

The room itself is a modern attic conversion and a lovely large space. Currently divided into a large double bedroom, a reading snug and then a smaller lounge and office area. There is an en-suite with a large walk in shower, large double wardrobe and also plenty of storage in the eves of the room. The standard furnishings include the bed, sofa, bedside tables and a chest of drawers.

The house comprises of:
1 large living room, 1 large communal office space (with desk), 1 dining room next to kitchen, 4 bathrooms – 5 toilets, spacious kitchen and very big garden.
Parking space is available on the drive or can get a permit for the street.

It’s a cool, but peaceful area, with local shops nearby and the main street with pubs, restaurants and parks just minutes away.

Public transportation is very accessible as Kensal Rise Overground station is 2 mins away, both Kensal Green and Queens Park stations (Bakerloo line) are 10 mins away and bus stops around the corner.

We're really looking for someone who will enjoy our gorgeous house as much as we do. We love doing house dinners and drinks, as well as movie nights but there is never pressure to hang out if you want to be alone!

Room: £1278/month + bills (around £80 per person).

Bills include council tax, internet, water, a bi-weekly cleaner for communal spaces and electricity.
